Package Elements

 

Typically, the process is:

  • A 6 to 9 month programme:
    • 6 x 90 minute one on one, face to face sessions
    • Plus, support throughout (email, phone, Skype).
       
  • Half of the sessions during the first 3 months focus on:
    • The first 30 days to create momentum for achievement:
    • Building credibility.
    • Establishing priorities: -
      • Uncovering the biggest challenges; 
      • Finding the most promising opportunities;
      • Tailoring strategies for the role and organisation.
    • The next 60 days are focused on achieving improvement:
      • Converting opportunities to achievement.
      • Adapting to the current culture (or building pathways for cultural change).
      • Building a sustainable performance culture.
         
  • The 3 remaining sessions focus on:
    • Understanding the impact and achievement in the first quarter
    • Establishing long term achievement objectives
    • Further building of key relationships with leaders, direct reports and peers.
