Ascent is a suite of 3 unique leadership development programmes aimed at women in Financial and Professional services.
The programmes were co-created by me and a fellow coach, with the aim of creating more gender parity at senior leadership levels and strengthening female progression pipelines.
Each programme is tailored to a specific stage of leadership development (Early Leaders, Mid-Tier Leaders, and Senior Leaders), and prepares women for the next stage of their leadership journey by equipping them with the skills and knowledge to succeed.
Participants strengthen workplace relationships, build robust support networks, and overcome career challenges, enabling accelerated personal and professional growth.
