Before becoming The Secret Coach, I held several senior roles in sales and business change, primarily in the financial services sector.
Becoming The Secret Coach has been an interesting journey, from running a market stall at 14, studying graphic art and design and moving into financial services.
Along the way I developed a deep interest in learning; going on to complete my MBA and qualifications in work based psychology and executive coaching.
Life in finance was a rich learning experience, both in terms of the various roles and the people I worked alongside. I became someone that my colleagues naturally turned to for help and advice and this uncovered my true passion for helping people achieve their own goals.
My responsibilities grew from sales to account management, leading business change and latterly senior sales leadership.
A constant through my organisational career has been coaching and mentoring for organisational, team and personal results.
In 2019 I co-founded Summit Human Potential Ltd. Our focus is Individual Development in group settings for leaders, teams and talent, with our signature programme ‘Ascent’ advancing Female Potential.
Nothing gives me a greater sense of fulfilment than seeing someone I have worked with use me as their ‘secret coach’ and going on to achieve results that are rewarding to them (and their organisations).
We all need purpose in life and I genuinely believe inspiring leaders to achieve more is mine.
The name ‘The Secret Coach’ reflects the way in which I work and, importantly, reflects my belief in the power of unseen influence.
I want your success to be your achievement. You will not see your name or organisation used to promote my business. The foundation of the coaching relationship is trust with discretion and it is my privilege, first and foremost, to work with you on what matters most. Investing in yourself and your results in a personalised way does not need be announced – I can quietly and powerfully help you to achieve more.
