Typically, the process is:

6 to 12 month programme;
- 6 x 90 minute one on one, face to face sessions
- Plus, support throughout (email, phone, Skype).
Sessions focused on the development of the leader for personal growth, gaining clarity and a way forward. May include:
- Understanding blind spots and vulnerabilities
- Dealing with change
- Leading cultural shifts
Retained services available for your organisation to cover multiple leaders
