Option 1) The organisational agenda is present in the coaching process along with the development of the 'coachee'. This process achieves results for the sponsor, the 'coachee' and the organisation at large. The organsisation would be expected to fund this development.

Option 2) You chose to Self-Fund the coaching, the agena present is purely yours as 'coachee'Both professional and personal development to strive and thrive will be omnipresent.

Option 3) A blend of options 1 & 2. Providing a business case for your organsisation to fund coaching without direct involvement in the agenda for coaching.  Hand's off sponsorship.

Package Elements

Typically, the process is:

  • 6 to 12 month programme;
    • 6 x 90 minute one on one sessions
    • Plus, support throughout.
  • Sessions focused on the development of the leader for personal growth, gaining clarity and a way forward. May include:
    • Understanding blind spots and vulnerabilities
    • Dealing with change
    • Leading cultural shifts
  • Retained services available for your organisation to cover multiple leaders
