Option 2) You chose to Self-Fund the coaching, the agena present is purely yours as 'coachee'. Both professional and personal development to strive and thrive will be omnipresent.
Option 3) A blend of options 1 & 2. Providing a business case for your organsisation to fund coaching without direct involvement in the agenda for coaching. Hand's off sponsorship.
